研究方向

利用酵素製備具工業或醫藥價值的化合物:透過酵素化學、蛋白質結構學和酵素動力學的研究,闡明酵素分子的作用機制以及其結構與功能間的相對關係;以蛋白質工程技術修飾改造酵素,以期創造出具有新性能或適用於工業生產條件的全新酵素分子。
